How do u make aioli




















I made this to go with some pickle brined chicken breast allrecipes. My husband and I came up with all kinds of other things it would be good on like veggies, french fries and burgers!

Way too much garlic. Still burping up raw garlic 24 hrs later. Doesn't need the oil. Really perked up with addition of herbs and a tiny dash of turmeric to make it an appetizing yellow. Easy and delicious. My family, except for me, are not fans of mayo based sauces but they loved this.

I added some parsley flakes and a tad more lemon juice. Great with crab cakes. Quick, easy and delicious on my Mediterranean salmon burgers. Harleysville, Pa. Followed the recipe exactly except for substituted greek yogurt for the mayo. And we had leftovers for panini tomorrow night. Great basic aioli. If you let it sit you won't have that lip puckering lemon tang. This was just what I was looking for to spread on steak sandwiches - I did use Hellman's light mayo, but other than that I didn't change a thing.

This is fabulous on sandwiches! This recipe is amazing great for artichokes asparagus as a spread you name it! Although I never add salt and I accidently did the other night it was awful!

Just too much if you have to have salt in it I would say use half the amount it calls for but it is great without it. Sarah Jo. I roasted my own garlic today so I used that in this recipe. I don't think that I could turn back now and use plain mayonnaise again. NOTE: I did use low-fat mayonnaise and fresh lemon juice, not bottled.
